Because individual results vary due to skin type and aftercare there are NO Guarantees offered for your final result.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waitlist miss the opportunity to receive my professional services. The 48 hours cancellation policy gives me time to inform clients of any availability.
A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book any appointment over $100. Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your fee. $25 for lash lift services.
If you need to RESCHEDULE, please notify me by text or email 48 HOURS before your appointment time, or your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to make another deposit to reschedule. You may only reschedule one time, and you may have to wait until my next availability. Please check your availability beforehand.
Please arrive on time. I understand unforeseen circumstances happen, but unfortunately being 15 minutes late will result in a forfeit of your deposit, and it will be counted as a no-show.
Your remaining balance (minus deposit) is due in CASH, CREDIT or DEBIT at your appointment.
If you don't book at the current price, please understand that my prices will increase at any time in the near future.
BOOKING POLICIES
If you have had your brows, lips or eyes done before - please send over a clear photo of your current permanent makeup before booking for approval. I cannot work on all previous cosmetic tattoos. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

TOUCH UPS
Touch ups are to be done between 6-8 weeks of the initial appointment unless otherwise stated by myself, Sarah Shirley. Failure to do so will result in an incremented price point based on the amount of months that have passed since the initial date of service.
Medical Conditions That May Not Be Suitable for Permanent Cosmetics
Please contact me if you have any of these conditions to see if you qualify:
- Taking blood thinners
- Skin condition in the area to be tattooed (eczema, psoriasis etc)
- Pre-Diabetes
- Heart Conditions
- Epilepsy or other seizure type aliments
- Blood conditions (anemia, hemophilia etc)
- Prone to keloid scarring
Permanent Cosmetics Procedures CANNOT Be Performed If:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Receiving chemotherapy
- Using a lash growth serum (for eyeliner). You must stop using 2-3 months prior to procedure
- Using insulin (diabetic)
- Taking prescription blood thinners
- Using Accutane or for the past 12 months
- Using prescription retinoids (stop using 2 weeks prior to appointment)
- Currently using antibiotics (must be done using them 2 weeks prior)
- Glaucoma or other major eye issues
Please email or call if you have any questions or have any of these conditions. Some may require a doctors note. Failure to carefully read this information and disregard it may result in the cancelation of your appointment and the forfeit of your booking fee.
